An afternoon in Philly

Though Tom and I lived in Center City for 2 years now, we still find new spots that are absolutely terrific but for some reason not on our radar. Trattoria Carina, a 35 seat BYOB with a small bar has a great selection of healthy portioned pastas, appetizers, and desert. We had the octopus, asparagus, and the pasta which were all filling but also light and left us feeling good. My negroni was strong and complimented the food nicely.

I wore an orange frilly dress from The Geisha House, with earrings from the same boutique. The golden earrings complimented my newly lightened hair, with the stylings of Bobby Mack Hair. I've been their customer for about 3 years now, and they have been wonderful every time. This is the lightest I've ever been, and the stylist & owner Bobby made me feel really great about a shorter, lighter chop. In fact, he did such a great job that I've been wearing my hair with a center part for the first time in my life! Highly reccomend.
